This peanut butter cream pie recipe makes a fluffy smooth dessert. Light and airy, this makes a great summertime, anytime treat! It’s simple to make and most of the ingredients are ones you already have in your pantry.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
6 Tablespoons Milk
1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip
Graham cracker crust
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels (optional)
Directions
Beat cream cheese until fluffy
Add sugar and peanut butter
Mix well
Gradually add milk
Fold in Cool Whip
Spoon into crust
Chill overnight
Melt Chocolate morsels in microwave for about 40 seconds until just melted, drizzle over pie when ready to serve
