Chicken puffs are the perfect dinner solution! Make these personal size entrees for your family tonight. The combination of chicken and cream cheese creates a creamy chicken filling that’s housed in a flaky pastry. This is one of my “go to” recipes.
Chicken puffs require minimal prep work and are perfect for busy days. I found cooking two chicken breasts ahead of time saves prep time later.
You can use chopped fresh chives in place of the chopped onion to mix things up. Customize this dish by adding a tablespoon of chopped pimento, if desired. Serve your chicken puffs with a vegetable side dish for a complete meal.
