Butter Cookies
Servings: 5 dozen

Ingredients
  • 6 egg yolks beaten
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
Instructions

  1. Cream butter in a stand mixer

  2. Add sugar to creamed butter

  3. Add egg yolks to butter and sugar

  4. Add flour

  5. When combined, fill cookie press and press out cookies.

  6. Sprinkle with colored sugar crystals

  7. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes

Do NOT use Parchment Paper when using a cookie press
