Pecan Cookies

Ingredients
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 lb grated pecans
  • 1 lb confectioners' sugar
Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer beat egg whites until stiff

  2. Add confectioners' sugar and pecans to egg whites

  3. When combined using a cookie scoop- place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet

  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes
